QuesabirriaQuesabirria is a type of taco, or a quesadilla, filled with tender, slow-cooked birria meat—beef—and melted cheese. These tacos are then fried to a crispy texture, dipped in their own flavorful cooking liquid known as consomé, and served with chopped cilantro and onion, and a wedge of lime for an extra kick.
